I've had many problems with deliveries, but worst experience with OnTrac company. One Ulta package showed up about 10pm. One package came from Walmart. Woman driver said it was "opened when she picked it up." Detergent was half gone. She said cap must have been loose and it was all over her trunk. So she's the victim. I don't believe any of that story. They all deliver in their own cars. And I did not get one item, which she probably stole, and walmart did not reimburse me, but they did for the detergent. Both Walmart and Ontrac are terrible companies. Then I had another Ulta package left at another bldg where I live. Showed a picture of a lobby, but it wasn't my lobby. I had to go to all the other bldgs and finally found it. Here's Ulta's final response to me today after telling them I would not be ordering in the near future. And I'm a Diamond member. We completely understand your decision, and we want to be completely honest with you that we are unfortunately unable to guarantee which carrier will deliver future packages. Our system automatically assigns the shipment to the carrier that is available at that specific moment, so we cannot manually select or change a preferred carrier for your orders. However, if you feel much more comfortable visiting our stores to spend your rewards and pick up your items, please know that we will be just as happy and deeply grateful to welcome you. We truly value your loyalty to Ulta Beauty and thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. Translation: Ulta uses the CHEAPEST carrier. Maybe when Ulta has lost enough customers, they will stop using OnTrac.

First let me say the manager of this Flemington store was pleasant and helpful when asking about products. Now for the hair stylist Danielle that is a different story. I asked and paid for a moderate haircut. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted and I said I did not want my haircut short. She said she was confident she could do this haircut because she has 12 years of experience. I felt comfortable with her cutting my hair.She proceeded to the back of my hair and snipped 3-4 inches making the hair extremely short. Also took all the color out of my hair that was previous done 4 weeks ago. I did not realize this until she dried my hair how extremely short this haircut was and all the color removed. My advice is have a consultation first with any hair stylist before making any appointment. It is also wise to have more supervision in this hair salon by management. Customers should not have to pay to receive a haircut they would never want.

Website sometimes slow and incorrect orders during major promotions.

they don't list full ingredients good customer service, but for the acne prone / sensitive skin crowd: they don't list full ingredients on their site. whenever i check other websites, the ulta "full ingredient" list is always missing several ingredients.

Every time I’ve been into the goleta Ulta store there are 4 employees talking up front, no one on floor. When I went and asked if someone could show me where the eyelash curler was, she didn’t even know. Very messy store lacking customer service. trans #5866 Yaritza Very disappointing!

I scheduled a haircut on Ulta's website, chose my stylist, and it gave me a price of $57.00. When I go to check out, it now cost $67.00. No explanation why. They tell me that the website is wrong. I go to their site again, while the manager is watching and book another appt, and it STILL says $57.00. NO apologies, no concession, just tough luck ! What a scam !
