I ordered products online, but I didn't like the color of one of the eye pencils. I took it back to the store for a refund. But since I used my Ulta credit card, I had to have the credit card with me to swipe. (When you make a purchase but don't have your credit card they'll look it up with your ID, but when you return something they won't look up your credit card.) I have a store credit, but now I have to keep track of it till I buy something again. Ridiculous.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ULTA ONLINE! Both of my packages were stolen and ulta refuses to give me a refund which is unfair because I can not do anything about stolen packages. If you order anything from ulta just have it delievered to the store vs delievery to home. Ulta is worth billions of dollars and wont even refund stolen items

I hate to say it, but kinda the quality felt cheap and fell apart after one wash forcing me to reorder from somewhere else. Such a shame, really.

I would like to report one of the workers at Ulta in Onalaska WI. I went in to go get products yesterday, and overall had a great experience up until checkout. I believe the girl’s name checking me out was Olive, she is a white woman with short hair. She was so kind and quiet, I’m not sure if she was new to the store or not. There were some struggles with us checking out, when who I suppose was a manager came over, a younger black woman wearing a pink tank top, and got really upset with Olive and was scoffing about making it into a big deal, and making me feel like an inconvenience. She was treating Olive as if she was a little kid, and if she won’t stick up for herself then I will. The woman was saying things in a yelling manner and absolutely belittling her coworker. I believe this woman should be fired or at least be taught how to actually act in customer service. It’s not that hard to be nice but for some reason it is for her. This turned my lovely shopping trip into a bad day, and I will not be returning to Ulta, nor will my family. I hope someone important will see this.

Both the app and website are not accepting my forms of payment when trying to submit an order. I tried different cards from three different banks directly and through Apple Pay, Venmo, and Paypal and it keeps telling me to check my payment details. I called their customer service to explain this and the rep insisted it was my card because on their end, the system was saying for me to call my bank. All three??? Really?? I was so frustrated I just ended the call. I deleted the app last year because of bad ordering experience in the past with available stock, mis-managed promotional items (are offered for the sale then they say they ran out) and terrible customer service. I downloaded the app and tried that and still nothing. I tried this time for a sale on Maely’s products which are expensive. I was able to put two of the same item in my cart after all these several attempts, just once I got a notice they were out of stock and there was only one left. Really??? Well I am done with anything to do with them online now. Once again, I deleted the app.

Walked in the store no one said hello everyone looked turned away walked around me I never asked me that I need help or anything there was one Association that saw me and said hello but she was helping a woman already it's because I need any help and I said yes and she said I will be right with you as soon as I finish with her Long story short she helped me I came in there to buy Rihanna ice lip gloss and a concealer from Two-Face but because she helped me I walked out with my products that I now know how to use the right way her name is TATI so Ladies If you ever go to the Ulta Beauty on 86 between Lexington and 2nd Avenue collect address 188 East 86th Street ask for her she is wonderful she is knowledgeable and you will be absolutely happy with that everything she helped you with for the other employees garbage excuse my French. I quickly realized they did not work on the commission because if they did they would be friendly they were being engaged in and they will help you with the products most of these employees walked around talking to each other putting on makeup for each other looking me like I was a problem no Friendly Smiles or anything I was shocked it felt like I was at a gathering with a group of Patty women honestly I couldn't tell who worked there who didn't because when I finally bumped into a manager she herself was chatting in the back of the store with other employees and the only reason why I knew she was a manager because one of the young men that was waiting for the bathroom according it out to me and said these two women work yet ask them what you need without particular time I was looking for a hot curling for my hair I did ask for help she was helpful but I didn't know she was a manager and while I was in the front of the store and all of rudeness was going on she was in back of the store chatting and laughing with five other employees when I finally checked out even the cashier was rude the first one walked away the second one was nice but nasty then the first one I walked away took the customer behind me at this point my head was spinning the only thing I can think about was if I ever come back to this location I will look for TATI to help me and if she's not there I'm walking right out the door not a very good experience $54 left on the card I will use that but I don't think I will be back at it too I'm going to go to Sephora support is the opposite everyone will say Hi how are you can I help you with something to the point that we have to say give him a minute and figure out what I want then I'll come find you my name is Danielle Hammond I've been to the store 1402 register number 2 cash your name Rebecca transaction number 7776 the date was 07 30 2026, 7:18 p.m. I spent $82.74 if you asked me they need to file a whole bunch of people in the morning and start new but people who want to work not just come to work to get a paycheck be rude to other customers because they don't love him for it because insurance they did I would not got this treatment

Staff were helpful, but I’m upset about the cost of a lot of the products. We bought candles that were regular price, no sale. I paid over $25.00 for a candle, I got it home & burned it. No Smell! It burned horribly. Don’t buy their candles, don’t waste your money. Just go over to Bath and Body Works & get great deals & really good dependable candles. PLEASE! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. PRICES ARE ALL READY THROUGH THE ROOF ON EVERYTHING…

Your prices are very high, and charge extra for things that should be included. I had cut and highlights. Was charged extra for some kind of color treatment. But what got me was when she went to style and blow dry it was going to be $25.00 extra to use a round brush. Not sure why. I said no. I was already in for 300.00. probably won't go back.
