Ulta BeautyReviews of ulta.com

I purchase a IT cosmetic cc cream but the one they send me is defective the pump doesn't work. 😡!!! My first time ordering from Ulta and last one because I really think that you order online to save time.

I ordered three items on a Sunday, today is Friday and my order was just delivered. I’m very happy with the price I paid, the tracking updates, and the speed at which I received my items. I will definitely purchase from here again.

I ordered from Ulta on Feb 10. Feb 12 got an email that it had shipped. Feb 14 got an email that it had been transferred to my local post office. As of Feb 21, I had no package. So I went to my local post office. Gave them the tracking number. Turns out my "local post office" where it was turned over to is in California. I live in Hawaii. USPS said it was still in transit, and could take up to six weeks because the package was placed on a boat as opposed to a plane due to Ulta shipping orders. When I contacted Ulta, I was told it was because I live "overseas" and those deliveries can take a "long time". I have ordered from Sephora, Lush, Amazon, and Overstock and NONE of those took longer than two weeks, and that was the very few times something went wrong. Most time I had my package in less than a week. If I had any idea that Ulta would use "overseas" as an excuse, I would have never ordered. I can't even imagine what's going to happen if my order is broken or wrong. Ulta, your excuse is unacceptable. Hawaii is part of the United States, and many other companies do not use excuses.

I had made a hair appointment at 430pm, and at 445pm my stylist -Jasmine was still not ready for me. The receptionist nor stylist inform me that my wait was going to be greater so I gratefully informed the stylist that i would like to cancel my appointment. The Ulta at Poyner Place in Raleigh NC has HORRIBLE customer service and i have no desire to return. I normally shop at the Ulta at Renaissance in Durham, guess i will have to stick to the drive.

Worse Customer Service - I was basically told that they would not deliver my goods or return my funds. Talk about robbery. Ordered product online - it was sent to the wrong address and the customer service informed me that there was nothing they could do about it. When I asked if they could refund my money I was told they would not. So I end up with NO product and NO money. "Too bad" for me was their attitude.

Horrible customer service!! These customer service reps honestly do not understand the simplest of instructions. I will never shop there again and recommend that you do the same. This company has good products but NEVER order online because if anything needs to be changed there is no one who can perform the simplest of tasks.

Spoke to Sunny and asked a simple question regarding my billing cycle and was not able to answer this simple question which is very concerning. She said she will be sending me a link with that information. I had to speak to a supervisor to have my question answered.

I used to only buy from ulta because of their service and respectful employees. I recentally made an online purchase of over $1,100 and received an email saying my order was cancelled. I called their customer service line and a lady from Virginia answered and was extremely rude! All I asked was for them to either push my order through or give me my cupon back to reuse but go to an actual store and she told me since my card was different from my regular card they can’t do anything, I went on to ask if I use the same card that’s attached to my account if they can give me my cupon or switch the payment and she put a different lady on the phone who then asked me “did you not hear me the first time”. Not only am i extremly p*ssed off, I’m disappointed in Ulta when they always say they stand behind their customer service! But then later I sent an email to them asking yet again if I can change my payment or get a new coupons and they simply responded that the items are out of stock when I ordered them, this is a completely different story than what the rude lady on the phone told me AND she ignores the fact of even giving me back my cupon! This is terrible customer service! All I was asking for was a new cupon to re purchase my product and they can’t even do that. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! And I highly reccomend none of you reading this do either, don’t allow this store to take advantage of you when you spend thousands of dollars there!! DO NOT SHOP AT ULTA!!
