Honestly prefer to order online. I went to my local Ulta on Dec 29th in search for a particular shampoo and since I could not find it I tried asking an employee. As I approached her (she literally gave me eye contact) she turned around quickly and pretended to not see me. Anyways, once I realized I was not going to be helped I looked for a different shampoo product (REDKEN EXTREME IN THE BLUE BOTTLE) I have never used this product and out of curiosity I asked the cashier if she knew how it smells and she looked at me confused and said, "I mean its pretty much a neutral scent"...… UMMMM no. Once I got to my car and tore the seal the scent was far from neutral. Its okay if you don't know but don't lie for a speedy transaction..

Placed an order on Christmas day and paid for the 2 day UPS air($16.95). Today is Dec 28 and still have not received my order. I called customer service too get my refund for Shipping and was told NO. She said my order is due to arrive on Jan 2 now. So, I will be returning the item whenever I receive it and will never order from Ulta Beauty again!

I really like Ulta. I think a lot of times people only leave reviews when they have had a negative experience, which is unfortunate. I can say that I do understand, as I have mostly been more likely to leave negative reviews myself. Anyway... I really like and enjoy Ulta. Usually they have items stocked in their store, the employees are friendly and very helpful, and they have a large selection of great products. I would like to see Ulta carry a few more Organic lines, but that is just me personally, as I know the benefits that Organic products have on skin and aging, and on hair, as well. Thanks for your commitment to Customer Service, please keep it up - as it seems to be dying at many other stores!

Always hard to place an order to get what I want. I am signed up for their emails so I always get their coupons. But when I try to use their coupons, they never apply to the items I want. The email didn’t not state any restrictions. Very unhappy shopping experience. The times I am able to place an order, my order is always delivered late and the samples are always weak. I got conditioner for curly hair and I don’t have curly hair.

They can not find and not trying to find who and why they stole all my money out of my account! Their online service just stole $800.00 that i won't get back in 30 to 45 days after the charges post and they do their investigation!! All of my hard earned money gone right before Christmas and all they can say is " I am so sorry this happen to you"!!

I am not a make-up person, so it's taken me some time to become acquainted with Ulta Beauty. Recently, though, I discovered that they sold a couple of my favorite bath items at extraordinarily reasonable prices. Instead of dashing out to the local store, I decided to order online. Since Ulta offered free delivery, I took the opportunity to order my bath items in bulk, as well as several more items. I almost never review merchants, I just don't have the time. On this occasion, however, I've chosen to go out of my way to say how impressed I am with Ulta's online service. I received my order two days after placing it. Each item that I ordered had its cap secured with extra tape to help avoid spills and leaks. Further, each, individual item was knotted in a clear, plastic bag and the whole box was stuffed with bubble wrap, as an added security measure. I was deeply impressed with the packaging. I order from lots of online merchants and oftentimes receive my orders disheveled and grimy. Not so with Ulta. I have moved them to the top of my online buy list b/c of the care they've taken with this order.

Went in to order using an online coupon. Called 15 minutes before arrival to make sure the gwp was in stock, they confirmed. Went In and they said my coupon wasn’t valid literally said show this coupon in store or on your phone. The girl was very lazy then she said the gwp wasn’t In stock when I couldn’t see it behind the counter emailed customer service twice and they said someone would contact me from the store within 24-48 hours 6 days later, nothing

I went to the new Ulta in Cedar Park Tx. At The Park. The employees are so rude! They are too busy talking to each other and could care less about the customers. The one employee that was nice, friendly and helpful I found out is no longer there. Will never spend my hard earned money there again.
