I use the Living Proof Shampoo/Conditioner. Ulta had a free give away with purchase of $25+. I went to pay and requested the free gift which was 1 oz. Living Proof and conditioner. I was told they had run out. I told the clerk this is the second time this has occurred. Ulta was having a sale on a deep conditioner mask; buy two get one free. They had run out. In my opinion, I think they advertise these “freebies” and the store receives a VERY limited amount of the “freebies”. This is a ploy to bring in customers. I will be changing where I buy my products from now.

I placed an order this morning for $87 and the 30 free gift collection did not attach (over $80 gets you the gift). I realized this as soon as I clicked complete. This is my error completely. However, I called Customer Service immediately and received Vanessa. I asked her if she could add the collection or cancel so I can re-do the order. The answer for both requests was a no. I asked for Vanessa to ask a supervisor. I was put on hold and when she came back I was again told by Vanessa that it was impossible. How is it impossible in a technology world to not be able to assist me. This is 100% poor customer service and I am beyond disappointed with Ulta.

Ordered a CC cream in fair color, obviously my color And received a bag of samples in brown How does that make any sense? Wasteful, and not doing anyone a favor when they go to the trash Wish the person in charge, hopefully not a robot had paid attention Would have been great to try the samples Yes, there are very white people in the islands

Only giving one star because you don’t have a choice. By far the worst customers service I have ever dealt with !

They don’t have a lot of products and when they stuff on sale, they don’t stock up quick again before the sale is over. Don’t get me started on this $50 purchase gets you free shipping because it’s gonna take its sweet time to get to your house. Stick to Sally’s, spend $25+ and you get 2-day free shipping sis.

I was in the New Bern NC store doing a little shopping. When i met the most pleasant worker i think y'all may have. She gave me so much helpful advice about make up and which products to buy. And she was absolutely right. My face never looked so amazing since speaking with her. Ulta needs more Donnesha Foyes working at their stores.

I don't know what happened to Ulta's online customer service but it's now nonexistent warranting no stars at all. I ordered an item online on Sunday; the following Monday it went on sale at 25% off and I was refused a price adjustment by not only the representative who answered the call but also by the supervisor she transferred me to AND the guest services email support. I was actually told to return it in store when it hadn't even shipped out! So here is what I'm going to do. Since they have a 60 day return policy, I'm going to pull up all of my orders for that window of time and return it all in store. This way, they will have hundreds of dollars of used makeup that can't be resold to throw away. Then I will take my future business to Sephora, their direct competitor. All because they refused to honor a $6.25 price adjustment.
