Placed an order on line for local pick up. The item came with a free gift. Upon arriving at the store, The sales person and manager stated they did not have any of the gift item, so I was out of luck. Customer service says nothing they can do about it as they did nothing wrong. They said I should have seen it on my order, which I did not notice. Poor service in my opinion.

So they use a company lasership to ship my order and it was supposed to be here on the 11th I spoke with multiple reps at lasership and they can not give me an estimated delivery date just that it won't be here on the date Ulta made up and they don't know why Ulta says it will be here then so I call Ulta and tell them this thinking we'll they will reship is and they said not until the 17th which is the date Ulta made up because it's their policy to wait to give a refund or reorder. It is more important to them to lose a customer then for them to wait to get a product shipped back from a crappy company they hired but they want me to wait. Not worth it when you can get it from Sephora Macy's or the actual sites tarte Kylie cosmetics etc. The supervisor was uninformed and really didn't give a crap. Not worth the trouble I've gone through and I still don't have my package or know when it's coming.

Placed maybe 15-20 orders online during different sales these past two months, ridiculous I know, and each order has arrived in full, on time or even early delivery through UPS, USPS and UDS. I had maybe three items come damaged in transit but thankfully nothing else in these orders was ruined and I had no problem at all replacing or returning the damaged items in store. Amazing help always from everyone at the Warsaw, IN location. Very happy repeat customer!

I made 2 purchases with gift cards on Ulta and the system of discount is horrible!! They ended up not considering the gift card discount and I had to pay it out of my pocket. The orders didn't even arrive. So far I got the refound of one of my orders and waiting for the second one. I order de Ulta products in 11.21.19, today is 12.13.2019.

First order ever from their online store because I couldn’t find the color I needed in store. It arrived a stinking broken mess of nail polish. Horrible to have to deal with and it stained everything it touched. Nail polish was wrapped in bubble wrap but the rest of the box was empty so of course it broke in transit. I get it, mistakes happen. But the reason for the poor review was, when I wrote to Ulta to tell them what happened they told me I had to return the items. I provided pictures of me dealing with the broken glass and nail polish goop. I’m sorry I couldn’t provide them with the smell (yuck). Horrid customer service. Never again.

Placed an order for $366 for my daughters for Christmas. They claim UPS delivered it to my door. Never received and I have spent hours on the phone, writing emails and making reviews on social media. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and I WILL NOT STOP until something is done! What a disgrace to be considered an “accredited” company! HA! I’ve worked in Customer Service for YEARS and we would NEVER treat our customers this way. I was told after they’ve reviewed my order they cannot refund or replace. I never asked for a refund but you better bet, I’m demanding it now! My next step is corporate and then the attorney general. I’ve spent more time arguing back and forth with this company that it’s even worth. If needed, I’ll speak for my attorney! I will not stand for this and be treated like this.

Ulta is horrible. I ordered their deal for the PMD online for Cyber Monday. I ordered it from my account with them and was supposed to have my package delivered but it never arrived. I called and spoke with Karissa. She stated that there was no record of my order, yet they charged my card. She put in an request for a supervisor to call within 24 hours and they never called. I have emailed a few times and still no response. Horrible service.

Ulta is complete joke. This is the first order I’ve placed and the experience with shipping and customer service has been horrible. Original order was placed two weeks ago, and shipment was supposed to be fulfilled by lasership. Well their reviews are even worse than ulta. They are known for never delivering and stealing packages. My package has been sitting at facility in my city for 4 days and now there is no shipment info as to when it’s being delivered. Spoke with ulta who said they have had multiple complaints of this happening with lasership and she would place new order to be shipped with different company. Well of course the second order is going through lasership as well. When I called ulta to just cancel the order to avoid another two weeks of issues, she told me cannot cancel the order. She said I can try to do so when it gets delivered. The problem is that NOTHING was delivered. I have a bad feeling that I will never get my money back nor receive anything. This was the one and only time I will order through ulta and this point don’t even want to shop in store. Their customer service employees were completely rude and unwilling to help. I was actually told “there is nothing that can be done”. Just lost a customer to Sephora.
