My cyber Monday on line purchase was made according to free gift offers with purchase of certain items. FOUR DAYS after purchase I was informed that the free gift, along with another item I had purchased was out of stock. With available modern technology, this should not happen!I am no longer getting the value of the cyber Monday sale. Ulta has lost a customer.

very very bad. be careful who you chose to do you makeup. make sure to read the reviews especially on who is doing your makeup.

Most of my online and in store purchases have been positive ones. I’ve shopped around for years for best value for skin care and make-up. Ulta has the biggest range, but isn’t always on top of their game.

was my first experience with Ulta, it was Thanksgiving day black Friday. There was a deal if you ordered $60 or more you get an 8pc make up bonus. Apparently you have to click the tab( which it doesn't say) and add it to your order. I did not know this as I have never ordered or even been in a store before. I called customer service and was told there is nothing they can do, that she didn't have the capability to do that and that was it. I certainly didn't think that was good customer service especially since I'm new at this. I spent over $60 and feel I should receive my free gift. I wrote them and got the same response, will never shop there again..

ULTA's customer service is atrocious. Greed has taken the front seat with this company. If you want to buy quality products and avoid the displeasure of dealing with very self-absorbed, greedy individuals who's bottom line is the almighty dollar, go elsewhere. Sephora is a classier place with much better customer service. Avoid misrepresentations and gift scams by avoiding ULTA.

I only wish that their makeup didn't have palm oil or mica, or that they had a section for natural and eco-friendly makeup!!

I have shopped both online and in the store. Anytime I have a question they help me and are very through. I buy all my fragrance at Ulta and all my haircare products. I would recommend visiting a store in your area and take a look around. I always find something new that I wasn't aware they carried. As I write this I am waiting on an order that I placed online.
