I am a “young” senior citizen that likes to look my best by keeping up with the latest makeup trends. Everytime I go into the Dawsonville’s location it is never a positive experience. I feel ignored and unappreciated. When I finally get someone to assist me the employees are not friendly or helpful. They were out of the item that I needed yesterday and never offered to order it for me. The young employees need to have additional sensitivity training in welcoming all age groups. I will not be returning to the store anytime soon.

I had ordered something thru the website at ulta.com and it was set to be delivered on 1/3/2020. I took the day off on 1/3 to be home to receive my package and my package was never delivered, even though the tracking showed that it had. I emailed Ulta on 1/3/2020 advising them that I had not received my package and an agent responded back on 1/3/2020 stating that my email had been forwarded to a supervisor and someone would reach out to me to get this resolved. A Supervisor emailed me on 1/5/2020 stating that she would look into the matter and reach back out to me, well she never did even though I had emailed her back. I emailed Ulta again on 1/7/2020 and an agent responded same day stating that a Supervisor was handling my case. Well on 1/9/2020 another Supervisor emailed me stating that since my package was showing delivered, they were not going do anything for me. I am a paying customer and I don't understand how a company could do this. Now I'm stuck paying for merchandise I never received. this is not ok, I was the one having to reach out to the company and at the end they didn't do anything to resolve my issue.

There needs to be a ZERO star review! I received 2 bottles of Hempz lotion for Christmas this year and since scents are such a personal thing, I was given gift receipts as well in case I didn't like them. I loved one but I did decide to exchange one bottle since it wasn't my type. I went to the same store where it was purchased and was told to just grab the new scent I wanted. I brought it back up to the counter so they can scan the GIFT RECEIPT and both bottles. By the way, both bottles of lotion were the same size and type, just a different scent, nothing extra. I was informed that I needed to pay an extra $8+ to cover the difference of the sale that was going on when the original purchaser received. What?????????????? This was a gift! How is that possibly correct? You can't make up the difference for an offer/promotion you had! I haven't read all of these horrible reviews, yet I would be shocked if this issue didn't come up in the past. They've now tainted an office full of woman who normally shopped there. Plus we work in the public sector as well. ;-) Lets rise up and put an end to these poor policies and customer service. Boycott Ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever!! I ordered my products to the wrong address and I called right away and they said they couldn’t change the address and that I MIGHT be able to cancel the order but there is a chance it will not go through. Then they said it would take 7 days for my points to go back on my account so i won’t even be able to order the stuff I needed for another week. Terrible terrible service.

I am so mad. AS a Diamond customer I decided to use the salon for the first time. They took me from Blonde to Orange. Orange of all colors. They offered to fix it but there was no way I was going to allow her to touch my hair. I would NEVER go to their salon again. And remember this review is being written by someone who does ALL their beauty shopping at Ulta. Just NOT the salon service.

I ordered a hair dryer for my daughter for xmas that she picked out. It never showed up. I called. They put me through hoops. Finally refunded my money in Ulta credit so I could buy a replacement. I had to spend even more money. I should have gotten my money back and ordered from a different store like Target. I was inconvenienced further by having to go to their store in person to pick up. I was promised a PayPal credit and never got. Super bad business practices! Beware! They screw up your order and dont make right on it or keep their promises!

Ulta salon is usually great but this week I was butchered. I showed a photo of the cut I wanted and the stylist in katy tx cut off so much hair I now look like a boy. No style. No cuteness. Just awful.the manager refunded me. Beware if your appointment gets slyly changed to a stylist named Ghazala. Run!!

Wish I could give it zero stars. But I went there with my friend and it took us around an hour to find someone to help us, and this other customer came with us and also said she's been looking for around 20 minutes to find someone on the floor. And I needed help looking for something that states on the website its also in stores at my location but noone knew about. And then to make it worse my friebd had bought something and they didn't tell her about change or give her her chance back and she just looked at the receipt and they owed her around 10$ in change. I'm sorry but if it's like a dollar or two or a couple of cents that's fine but 10$ I believe that's unacceptable.
