unbelievable. im trying to make a payment, the man on the phone was super condescending when i tried to explain to him whats wrong with my card and why i wasnt able to make a payment online. its bad enough i never got sent a card until 10 days until my payment was due. i signed up in may, i just received the card after calling the store telling them it never came! i asked if i could speak to someone else because his attitude was so insulting. he hung up the phone on me instead of transferring me. this happened today around 9:45 am. needless to say, ill be cancelling my card with ulta. I liked ulta, but customer service is so rude i wont even bother going through them any further. time to go back to sephora!

The app and the website was frustrating to use. I was offered two free gifts for two separate items purchased. There was also a deal for 5x the rewards if I ordered online and did a pick up in store. In my bag(cart) everything was fine until I changed it from Delivery to Pick Up. It stated that the free gifts were not available at the store I chose to pick up at. I chatted with the help chat, hoping someone could help me find a solution. I know it’s not the staff’s fault that the free gifts were not available at the store I was trying to pick up at. I tried checking 3-5 more Ultas that are near me and some didn’t have all the items in my bag, while the rest didn’t have the free gifts. My only options were to choose between Delivery - I’d get the free gifts but not the 5x points - or Pick Up - I’d get the 5x points but forfeit the free gifts. It was annoying that I had to choose between the two because I felt like I spent quite a big sum of money and was not getting all that I could possibly get for it. In addition, the reason why I said the website and app are both frustrating to use is that when I tried to change the location, it was very glitchy and not easy to get that side bar to change the location of the store. In my opinion, the products offered and the service provided by ULTA is good and good value. However, the lack of user-friendly, smooth app/website experience makes it very frustrating to deal with. If you want to offer incentives and rewards for your shoppers, make sure you can follow through.

Bogo promotion is false advertisement. don’t waste your time, picking out your favorite minis for the Bogo promotion because it’s not honored as Bogo; rather, they’ll take the cheapest items off and charge you the most expensive items. This is the case when you’re buying multiple products.

Heather at the Newnan, GA store did my hair and makeup for a wedding. She met with me earlier to make sure we scheduled enough time and she thoroughly understand what I wanted. She came in early for my appointment to ensure we had plenty of time. She did a great job and really listened to make sure I was satisfied!

I have ordered several times. It shows they have the thing I wanted. It accepted my order and the next day, I get an email that it os out if stock. I signed up to get an email when it was restocked. I received an email that said it was jn stock so I ordered right away and the order went through. Next day, my order had been canceled OUT OF STOCK AGAIN. I tried to use the chat option and my message was deleted before I could send it. I tried calling and had to push so many buttons to finally have it ring the wrong department. Charge card department. They gave me the "correct number" to call and it was the same number I had called in the first place. Here we go again- round and round. I finally got someone and they did not help at all. Just said Out of Stock and said they canceled my order. Didn't even offer to send it when it came in. Terrible service. Will never deal with them again.

Bought items worth almost $300. Called and paid it off at once. Got bill I'm the mail for $35 dollars because I was 3 days late. Worse than a robbery. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went in today to get blonde in my hair .Once I was home I noticed it was orange. I called to let them know and they were very rude and asked me what I wanted to do about it. I would have been happy if they would of simply said we are sorry how can we fix this ! I paid a 174dollers for orange hair!
