I have become a regular customer at west ocean cityUlta because I am 75 years old and many stores don’t take the time to make you feel like you’re important Maria makes me feel pretty and doesn’t consider my age as a factor

If I could I would MOST DEFINITELY put -5 r Ed view on this STUPID company not even a zero star. They FALSELY advertise things for free when you purchase a certain amount online and even if it WAS added to the cart like they stated that free gift was never sent and ALL their prices are freakin STUPID!!!! DO NOT buy from this company in store and especially online cause they always give you ****** about returns and items not received 😡😡🤬🤬AND I am not the only person to state this their are so many of my friends and relatives that state the same!!!! If you purchase from here just know you are giving your money to them🤔

8/3/2023 Ms. Hayley Young (RSM) of the Coastal Grand Myrtle Beach Store was very professional, helpful and friendly; she made the extra effort to help me find the product I was looking for and needed and showed me best how to use the product. She greeted us warmly as we entered the store and asked how she could help -- and she did - Kudos to her and Ulta Beauty for hiring her. She makes a customer want to return to the store and shop for other products. 5 Star Rating

My payment was due today! I have NEVER been late! When went to make a payment today, it said it could not process the payment because it was after 5:00pm. Mind you I was not aware payments could not be paid online after 5:00 pm. I needed to pick a different day. Tomorrow’s date will be a late payment. Calling the representative did not help because if she took the payment over the phone, it still would not process until tomorrow. So upset. Trying so hard w/my credit score and now this will show up as “late payment” on my credit. Just want to give up sometimes!

What is the point of me having a credit card and not having the ability to use it whenever I want too? Tried to get some stuff since it's NATIONAL lipstick day but nope. I couldn't pay with my card using the app nor web browser. Magically after it's all over just after 10pm it processed just fine, no issues. Freaking lame.

I went to the Ulta Beauty a few days ago in Menomonee Falls, WI and Stephanie helped me out so much! If you ever need help go to the one in the falls and ask for her!

For the second time in a row my order was sent to an old address. The first time my refund was instant. The second time o asked for what I ordered to be sent yo the correct address. They refused and said it would need to refunded in 3-5 business days. It’s now going on ten. I just got off the phone and was told it’s another 3-5 more days. I ordered the same product with Sephora. Three days and I had the correct order. Sephora now has my business.
