Screening is not working well, my ad states no pets however people with pets are contacting me for applications and showings. Also people who do not earn enough to meet the rental income are also wasting my time. Not pleased.

Payment process failed, only app for payment method is too limiting.

Excellent site that can not be better than what it is. It helped the apartment seekers to find the best for them. Easy to advertise and manipulate and provide a lot of leads. Thanks you Turbotenant.

turbotenant is the best. They have all the tools a landlord needs plus, they get right back to you if you have any questions or concerns.

I have never gotten such a rapid response from excellent potential tenants. We were able to rent our home within a couple of day. I will recommend your wonderful service to all my fellow landlord friends. Thank you for you excellent for your outstanding advertisment rental vehicle.

So the housing market is absolutely ridiculous! Are we suppose to live on the streets? I found a house and a place to live through turbotenant and apartmentlist.com but the “landlord” ended up being a scammer! He said we can meet and finish up the paperwork tomorrow. I couldn’t find the actual address. He said, All my wife and I is looking for is a good and responsible applicant for our home. Seriously! Bad English and saying they need someone good! They aren’t good themselves!! His name is Kirk Wells! Be aware!

Prior landlords aren’t allowed to update a review and have no info on the new landlord to warn about changes or bad news regarding tenants.

Just applied for a place. I didn't remember the email to my Landlord from a long time ago so I put mine and explained to the new landlord. This is how I found out THEY EMAIL YOUR LANDLORD FOR A REVIEW ON YOU! This SHOULD NOT be a thing! This allows the current landlord to make things up if they want to...NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE! If you have a terrible landlord like me and you want to get out, this website literally will prevent you from moving...
