Hi there, Richard, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. While we do have some items available for purchase, we offer our online property management software for free. Our software features a free rent payment collection system, rental listing advertising, maintenance requests, tenant management, and much more. Additionally, with our system, you are not required to use our rental application or leases. You're able to run your own rental application and can even upload your own lease into our free property management system. We sincerely apologize if this wasn't clear during your time using our service. Regarding rental listing advertising, we do not have a limit on how many properties you can advertise for free at one time. When you receive a lead, they will show up in your landlord account under the "Leads" tab. To help clear up any additional concerns or questions, we would love to speak to you further. Unfortuantely, we could not locate you in our TurboTenant database to do so. After speaking with our Customer Support team, I can confirm that we did block your account due to documents being provided in the verification process that go against our security standards. If you believe this was inaccurate on our end, please reach out to our Customer Support team at [email protected], and someone will be more than happy to assist you. Furthermore, I took a look into your account and found no receipt for a purchase of any of our paid services. The service you claim to have used, rental advertising, is free for as many properties you wish to list. Many of our landlords see great success with finding tenants through our advertising, which syndicates to dozens of websites. We also provide a Chrome extension that will post your listing directly to Facebook Marketplace, a great place to find a reliable tenant as you know. Hi Linda, We are very sorry to hear of your frustrations. Regarding your phone number, if you tried to remove it from your account and/or changed it to an invalid number, our system will automatically close your account. This is due to the fact that many of our third-party websites that we post your rental listing to require a phone number and email address to post to their site. Thus, our system must also require your phone number and email address. If you wish to hide your personal phone number, we highly recommend creating a free and easy Google Voice number that can direct calls straight to your phone. This can be done at https://voice.google.com/u/0/about. In regards to your new laptop, our system features a two-step verification process that requires you to confirm whether or not it is you trying to access your account from a new device.
