Hello, Thank you for reaching out about your concerns - we understand your frustrations. I want to take this opportunity to clarify a few things. TurboTenant is not a property management company or landlord - we provide a variety of free tools for landlords to run their rental business which includes rental applications and tenant screening services. We partner with TransUnion for our tenant screening services to run a comprehensive credit, background, and eviction history report. We are not a credit reporting agency which is why renters will need to request their own report from TransUnion. If there were inaccuracies on your screening report, you will have to reach out to TransUnion directly. You should be notified every time a tenant pays a charge in your TurboTenant account. Independent landlords use our services to help run their rental properties with things like online marketing, rental applications, and tenant screening. Renters can apply to a landlord's property through TurboTenant, but we do not have control over landlords' actions.
