All in one hub! I love the features it offers all in one, organized place. I can advertise the apartments across multiple sites, communicate with potential tenants, prescreen tenants, screen and accept applications all in one place. I also love the previous landlord reference feature. I haven't used the lease feature and managing rent payment feature yet but based on my experience with all of the above, I may go ahead and use it to manage everything for my rentals.

I've used TurboTenant for 5-6 weeks to advertise a home for rent. They list on lots of websites and you get leads very quickly. Unfortunately the screening process is very limited. I wish they would let landlords ask a few personalized questions during the prescreening process, such as estimated credit score, delinquent/late accounts, and total number of family versus non-family occupants. Our city allows only 3 non-family members per rental unit. It would be nice if TurboTenant would automatically notify leads of non-qualification due to smoking status, income status, credit score status, pet status, etc. I'm now a paying member to utilize their online tenant payment system and electronic document signing.

Scam an agent is asking for social security cards to confim identity and not a picture ID. In all my years of renting I have never been asked to send my social and not my ID. How would they know it’s me. Smh.

I applied for an apartment and it’s been almost 6 weeks without any word. I call the agent daily and just get a text saying she hasn’t heard from the landlord yet. I am going to do a thorough review of any results I am given. This process feels like discrimination. I am disabled and my entire lease is paid by a program designed to help those with disabilities live independently. Every applicant should be screened using the same axact process. That is the law. Am I supposed to sleep in the street? I’ve vacated my last place of 22 years and was given a great reference. My rent is guaranteed by the program and I have never had an eviction or bankruptcy. The agent informed me that 6 weeks is the usual time it takes for applications to process. Outright lies. Yes, this is a familiar feeling and if I am right in my suspensions, I know how to elevate this.

Turbotenant is so resourceful for landlords that are too busy to be bogged down with excess paperwork. They made my job much easier that I expected. I would recommend them to everyone.
