The software overall works very well. The customer service team is helpful and kind. The company has very fair and affordable pricing. I do wish that the feedback from renters monthly notifications were a little more customizable. This should not be combined with maintenance notifications. But otherwise am very happy with everything.

Explanations and help were great and it was straight forward and fairly easy to use even by someone who is tech challenged. The reason I did not give you 5 stars was that I was unable to talk to a real, live customer service representative like I can with Apple Customer Service.

Been using this app for about three years. Just what an investor need.

Other than a few minor glitches, such as having to reload a few times while working in the app on Windows 11, everything seems to work verygood. Another pet peeve of mine is that if TurboTenant is going to send a request for the review to my email. Then, if I do decide to fill that out, the very least that TurboTenant can do is pre-fill my email and contact information at the end of the request. Nobody likes wasted redundancy.

Still having difficulty navigating due to confusing instructions or lack of comprehensive instructions.
