Easy process--the increase to $55 is a little steep for people. Love the professional application process that we hand over to the applicants.

If you're a landlord I recommend doing the rent transaction outside of TT. IF A TENANT DISPUTES A CHARGE EVEN IF A LEASE IS BROKEN THEY VOUCH FOR THE TENANT AND TAKE YOUR FUNDS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. Other then that it's an alright tool.

Hi Gabe, We're sorry to hear that you had this experience with a tenant. As a property management software platform, we want to clarify that any rental payment disputes should be handled with your tenant. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team at [email protected]. - TurboTenant team
