Hi Fred! Our welcome call team is made up of non-medical staff whose role is to walk you through the process and help set expectations. This is separate from your appointment with a medical provider. Additionally, our nursing team is always available to answer questions and discuss your treatment plan. We hope you utilize both our customer support the medical assistance available to you throughout your Shed journey!
