You cannot pause your subscription. Don't let them fool you.
I had good results using Shed. Here is the huge problem. This company has awful customer support. I was not able to afford the medication this month. I tried to pause my subscription for 1 month. For 2 weeks, I went back and forth with emails trying to pause. They emailed me a code to pause. I copied and pasted the code into their email. They emailed back saying the code was invalid, then charged my account anyway. This is the second time this has happened to me. $250 may not be much money to some. But as a single mother of 2, it's a lot to me.
