I recently moved to Shed from another company, my previous provider was good, but did not offer the same pharmacy where I had gotten the formulation of Tirz that my body really responds well to, so, I found Shed and they offered the meds I was looking for! My experience has been absolutely amazing, from Coach Katie to the Chat Support, even the Chat Bot is full of amazing knowledge. :) I am happy to be with them, look forward to continue with them long term and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that wants to really have a team & support behind their weight loss journey.

Absolutely positive experience!!!!! Would recommend with zero hesitation. Justine in particular was very helpful and kind. The doctors are knowledgeable and to the point. Ive been with SHED over a year and have not had one negative experience. All miscommunications are handled expeditiously!

Great experience with Shed so far! The prescription is working better than expected and Shed’s customer service promptly assisted me when FedEx delivered my order to the wrong house. Very happy with this company!

The app & chat function are a little clunky, but improving. Once you start emailing (not chatting) with a real person, Savannah was the best. Another agent told me I was SOL, but Savannah went a step further and resolved my issue.

Trinity was absolutely amazing! I accidentally created 2 accounts and thought the issue was revolved from previous interactions with customer service but she assisted me the whole way through and made sure I didn’t loose anything that was owed to me and also set up my next follow up appointment. She is fantastic please reward her for this!
