My payment was taken on the 22nd of June. & from there it’s been awaiting a docs approval. This is my 2nd time getting trizepitide, so I understand if there’s some delay but it’s going on 2 weeks with no reply. Thank u too Fernanda for getting back to me with an availability for the next doc. Much Appreciated!!!!

very minimal communication. when i expressed wanting to increase my dosage multiple times i received no response or update to increase. meanwhile ive been paying for the higher dosing subscription. currently have spent 2300+ with them. do you receive the medication? yes. past that there seems to be little to no support.

I must have missed the strict 2‑month commitment when I signed up for SHED, and later learned that the plan is completely non‑negotiable with no returns or refunds. Even so, the customer service team was very attentive. They responded quickly, explained the policy clearly, and offered helpful suggestions to make the most of the program. While the commitment terms were firmer than I expected, the support team handled everything with care and professionalism.

The product is great but the ordering process is very unclear. When I got my first shipment it was froze cause I didn't know it was coming. I referred to other people so im keeping with it a second month but so far no answer to when will be shipped or if on time.

What I DID NOT LIKE was the way it is nearly impossible to get in contact with SHED via phone number. I felt they were trying to scam me by NOT sending 3 prescriptions totalling $600.00 WHAT I DID LIKE was once I FINALLY got through my experince with CAMBRYN was fabulous. She resolved my MONTHS of no contact in 5 minutes! SHED, please make your phone number available so people are not frustrated with you. THANK YOU CAMBRYN!!

I started this journey with SHED 12/22/25 and still have no GLP1! Customer service has been less than adequate and my confidence in SHED is dwindling. 😿

The customer service provided by “Lauryn” is excellent however the service provided is horrible. I have been a member since October and my shipments have never been on time however they bill me like clockwork every month it then takes several weeks before I get my shipment! I had a scheduled appointment with a doctor that did not show up for the telemedicine appointment. Whenever it’s time for me to receive my prescription I have to reach out via chat to request a link to complete the medical form for my next prescription. I have not spoken to a medical provider once, however I do have an appointment scheduled for January 25th which is 16 days after my January billing and prescription refill date. I really find it odd that my appointments are always scheduled after my billing and shipment dates because once I have completed the paperwork for my prescription refill the scheduled appointment date is changed to the next month, which means I have still not spoken with a medical provider!!! Also, I was informed that I could cancel my subscription after 2 months however when I attempted to do so today the link was greyed out and the information provided stated that I had to wait 28 days after signing up before I could cancel! Like I stated above I have been a member since October 2025. I would like to cancel this service and go with a higher rated company.

The reviews state how easy it is to get approved and I will agree that's true. I was optimistic in the beginning too. Now that Ive been on the program for awhile, I think the strength of the formula is questionable. I was previously on a GLP1 through a med spa and had great results. We moved across the country with no med spa nearby so I tried shed. I'm 6 weeks in and my dose is almost double what I used before but still no weight loss and no noticeable appetite suppression. I've read they changed their source and others have described the same experience since that changed. I'm canceling my subscription as its honestly been a waste of money IMO
