overpriced. no customer service never have anyone live on their chat. wont let me cancel even though it's been over their two month minimum subscription. feels scammy. charge before shipping too so paying over $300 with no product is ridiculous.

After having lots of issues and not having the correct respond from other representative once Olivia started helping me plus she took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process smoother for me and less stress -free. After 2 months I saw no results. They told me I had to schedule an appointment before I could get my next dosage, and then continued to bill me for 2 months. Now they are refusing to refund $798 that they charged for zero services/product provided. Absolute scam.

For patient safety and to remain compliant with medical guidelines, the providers require regular follow-up appointments in order to continue approving and prescribing medication. These visits are a necessary part of treatment and must be completed to remain eligible for ongoing care and dosing. If an appointment is missed or not scheduled within the required cadence, medication approvals may be paused while billing continues under an active membership. The customer service provided by “Lauryn” is excellent however the service provided is horrible. I have been a member since October and my shipments have never been on time however they bill me like clockwork every month it then takes several weeks before I get my shipment! I had a scheduled appointment with a doctor that did not show up for the telemedicine appointment. Whenever it’s time for me to receive my prescription I have to reach out via chat to request a link to complete the medical form for my next prescription. I have not spoken to a medical provider once, however I do have an appointment scheduled for January 25th which is 16 days after my January billing and prescription refill date. I really find it odd that my appointments are always scheduled after my billing and shipment dates because once I have completed the paperwork for my prescription refill the scheduled appointment date is changed to the next month, which means I have still not spoken with a medical provider!!! Also, I was informed that I could cancel my subscription after 2 months however when I attempted to do so today the link was greyed out and the information provided stated that I had to wait 28 days after signing up before I could cancel! Like I stated above I have been a member since October 2025. I would like to cancel this service and go with a higher rated company.
