Honestly it is very vulnerable taking the step to sign up for Shed. I found the first provider meeting to be very cold and unwelcoming. I understand that he probably does a million intakes a day but a smile or any sort of warmth during that process would have been appreciated. When I received the welcome call from the Shed team member she was monotone and read from a script. She was not even remotely friendly as some of the other reviewers have experienced on here in their reviews. Last, when you get approved by the provider it says you will receive a text from the prescription company within 24-48 hours, I received that text 7 days later. When I had reached out to Shed regarding the concern it said I’d receive an email back from support within 4 hours and I didn’t hear back until the next day. It is fine if things take time, just be honest about it. I’m hoping that the rest of this journey runs a little more smoothly and is a more welcoming experience. With that being said, it was easy to sign up. So there is that.

Smooth sailing! Dr visit was really easy going, kind and very informative. Had a question about a charge and it was taken care of so quickly that I forgot it had been handled already. Highly recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻

I switched to the Shed Vegan Chocolate Protein shake over a month ago and have found it to be a great way to start my day or supplement between meals when I'm hungry. There isn't a strong artificial sweetener taste like I've experienced with other protein shakes. I really like how smooth and light the flavor is of this one and it makes it really easy to add to smoothies or blend with coffee. Next I'll try baking with it and see how it goes.

As a new customer, I’ve been pleasantly impressed so far. Having worked with other companies in the past, I can confidently say Shed’s customer service stands out by a wide margin. I also really appreciated being able to speak with a provider beforehand and discuss my treatment plan instead of being handed a prescription without guidance.
