I had some issues and there was confusion with approval and subscription. On my end it looked like they cancelled my subscription after signing up. I reached out and they got back after a little while that it was approval and everything was resolved. I knocked off one star just because it was a little difficult getting in touch with a real person.

I’m happy with products from shed. My problem has been the extreme confusion in navigating the website/platform. It feels like you’re all over the place just to get answers. I wish they had a single app. But through it all, Paige responded to all my questions promptly in the chat group and got the ball rolling to help solve my issue. So if you get a good customer service rep like Paige who will try and get info for you, then it’s great!

I was going in circles with little to no response. The response I did get, they did not understand the issue. Then Ethan took the time to understand I had three issues to be resolved and he took care of all three in one swoop.

Elizabeth F gets the fifth star. She resolved my question after one week of back and forth with no resolution. While I’m incredibly satisfied with the weight loss (48lbs with 5 to go) and the physician care, Dr. Jassey is phenomenal, the care teams needs help so they can respond same day to resolve. Waiting 24 hours to not get an answer and then to wait again and again isn’t good. In fact my criticism from day 1. The communication needs some help. That being said my husband and I have benefited greatly from coaching at the beginning and we have been customers for almost 18 months. I would really welcome the chance to speak directly to someone about the recent experience so the next review could be five stars. I do highly recommend Shed just connect with someone as good as Elizabeth and start your journey! Perhaps it’s the growing pains so not be detoured just aware

Clifton was a great help and very polite during my welcome call. Lots of good advice on how to get questions answered if I have any and how to schedule with a provider if needed. Also explained how the shipping process works! Great information! Only downside I had is that though already approved, I still haven’t spoken to a provider nor received the medication.
