Hello! Thank you for reaching providing your feedback, I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with the unit and also getting in contact with anyone. Did you try reaching out to [email protected]? Also, we are open Monday-Friday 9 am- 5 pm central time. Also, on your trailer it may be your tongue nut on your coupler that may need to be tightened more. Please feel free to reach out and a customer service rep would love to assist you!

Our answering service is here to just take our messages when a customer service rep is not able to get to the phone.
