Mitchell Ouano and the team at trailer valet in Chino, Ca went way far and beyond to help me with a problem I’d had with a trailer valet that wasn’t mine. I’d used the wrong charging cord. Trailer valets aren’t cheap (quality items aren’t and shouldn’t be! ) I can’t begin to express my gratitude for this wonderful team helping me out! Five stars for this place!!!!! Thank you Mitchell and team!!!!

This is a good company to do business with. They suggested a delivery date when I purchased the jack and it came several days in advance. Thank you Trailer Valet!

Works as described. No issues. I use mine on a combination of concrete and decomposed granite and a small push uphill. Trailer weight is approx 4Klb. I would recommend the trailer valet.
