Awesome experience with Titan Wellness
Awesome experience with Titan Wellness. although my original tub had 2 leaks, I called customer service and Josh was able to ship a replacement in as little as 2 days. In regards the unit itself, the chiller works fantastic and I am sure that the new tub will be perfect as well. I definitely recommend Titan Wellness.

Just ordered a chiller for my at home…
Just ordered a chiller for my at home set up and quickly received a message from Victor verifying parts of my order. I was concerned about the customer service of other brands. I look forward to receiving the unit and getting it set up.

Customer service keeps me coming back
I bought the universal chiller for my cold plunge. I had an issue and unfortunately it was out of warranty. I spoke to Joe at length and he went way above and beyond to help remedy the situation. He answered all of my questions and helped me tremendously. Since I bought the original chiller, I have had nothing but great customer service. Communication was outstanding, giving me updates throughout. Titan also called and followed up with me to see how everything was going. Today, I received a phone call from Joe giving me an update just a day later. There are other options out there in the cold plunge industry but for me, I will always buy from and recommend Titan. Thank you Joe!

Very responsive and quick customer…
Very responsive and quick customer service! Not to mention they definitely have the best prices I could find. Can’t wait to use my new cold plunge and UV sanitation chiller. Victor the customer service rep was very helpful and clarified my order before submitting for shipment. They just got a lifelong customer!

Victor was amazing help over the phone
Victor was amazing help over the phone. Handle all issues and problems I had and made it completely effortless to work with. Very happy with this company and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a cold plunge unit of any kind

Love the Chiller and the tub
Love the Chiller and the tub. easy to install, very sturdy, well-made. I will have to set a different timer so I can have cold water ready for me at all times. easy to connect the hoses, and they even send spare parts in case you lose something. Customer service is wonderful; the representative is very nice and very knowledgeable, and walks you through every step of the way if you have a question.

So far my experience with Titan and Victor
So far my experience with Titan and specifically Victor has been great! Not only did Victor helped me pick out my tub, but he has followed up with me to make sure everything has gone smoothly and has been there every step of the way. I received my tub and chiller and it has exceeded my expectations so far. Can’t wait to put this baby in use. I just got the temp to where I want to cold plunge at. To sit in that giant tub and kill inflammation and help recovery! Thank you titan and Victor for the smooth transaction.
