Joe helped me troubleshoot my chiller in just a few minutes. Any time I’ve called with a question the customer service has been top notch. I had another cold plunge from another company and the customer service was horrible so I highly recommend a Titan cold plunge. A great company

I purchased a stand alone 1/3hp chiller…
I purchased a stand alone 1/3hp chiller to replace one in my home cold lunch system from another brand. The total chiller is much better made that my previous one and the WiFi and ozone are really nice upgrades. This one seems to cool more quickly, bringing my 90 gallon tub down to 40 degrees (from 58 degree ground water) in about 4 hours. This was an 8 hour job for my other chiller. Customer service is awesome and my rep, victor, was really helpful.

I enjoy my cold plunge a lot
I enjoy my cold plunge a lot. Victor has been a great help with getting everything setup for me and his customer service is excellent. I use my cold plunge regularly and about to try their new cleaning solution to see how it goes. I live in an oil city with harsh water so I have to change out the water in my tub pretty frequently.

No customer service
I love the product. But I ordered epson salt and never got it. Emailed them twice about it and no answer.
