I was very hesitant at first to…
I was very hesitant at first to purchase this product, after several weeks of researching and talking with Victor, I made the decision to purchase it. I took the plunge and bought it. I had some questions when we were starting the chiller and filter, called customer service and they walked us through it. The next day they called to make sure everything was working and yes I had them to walk me through thru the app VERY helpful. I like knowing that someone is real on the other line and is always helpful.

The communication from Victor was…
The communication from Victor was outstanding! He went above and beyond and was extremely helpful after the purchase of my Apex tub and chiller. Victor reached out within 24 hours of my purchase to ensure I received my tub and chiller in a timely manner. He even sent me a temporary tub while I waited for my Apex.

The ice bath is amazing

I have been looking to upgrade my cold…
I have been looking to upgrade my cold plunge, and after reading a review where they tested the top cold plunge Titan Triumph came out on top. You can spend as much money on a cold plunge as you want, but the best bang for your buck I would say it is the Titan Triumph. Titan does have fancy plunges if that is the route you wanna go, but the Triumph is where it is at for me. I just had it in my shopping cart getting ready to pull the trigger on it, and Victor reached out to me via text to see if I had any questions and then answered them. When I placed my order James sent me an email thanking me for my purchase and letting me know my order is being processed. As of now I am totally satisfied with the customer service I have received from Titan Wellness, and looking forward to my cold plunge. Best Regards, Brian Sanford

Upgraded my Cold Plunge to the Titan
I upgraded my Cold Plunge set up to the Titan with a chiller. After getting the bugs worked out and setting up a new chiller, I couldn't be more happy. The new plunge tub is way bigger and easier to access than the other barrel set up I had. The chiller is not only keeping the water cold and consistent, the filtering is keeping the water clean much longer. I use it every morning. I had the pleasure to work with Joe, he was actually the first one to reach out to me when I had an issue. He listened to my issues, addressed them the first time, and had empathy for my situation through the upgrade process. He even gave me some good tips to keep my water clean, and I purchased extra filters to have on hand. I am happy with my Titan cold plunge and use it every morning.

Great customer service
