Victor has really helped with the customer service experience! Any time I had a question or concern, he reached out to me asap to get it resolved. He even reached out before I could reach out to titan with my question

Turned in a warranty claim for my first cold plunge unit. They were quick to turn it around and wanted to replace it shipped out completely free. I was wanting to trade up to the triumph series. They gave me some money off of that and shipped that out. Everything happened quick and easy. Great job guys

I purchased my cold tub 4 months ago and this may be the best 1000.00 investment Ive ever made. It came with easy to put together directions and has worked WONDERFUL so far. The built in uv light does wonders to your water clarity also. Did not know for sure how to use that wondering if there was a way for it to be automatic or just always manual. I called TITAN and Josh answered the phone. If you need to ever know any questions about the cold tub or the chiller just ask for JOSH. He is THE MAN. He knows everything about the cold tub, chiller and how to operate them inside and out.

The UV light really does make a big difference in keeping the water clear. Josh will definitely appreciate the shoutout. We’re happy he was able to answer your questions and guide you through how everything works. If you ever need anything or want more tips on optimizing your setup, we’re always here to help. Great customer service. I had to call two times on separate issues (user error) and both times Josh and Vince were very professional and great help. I was having issues with water dripping and Josh got on a FaceTime with me, identified the issue and provided an easy solution. Great customer service.

Great customer service, and the product seems to be working great. I had a 1/2 HP chiller prior to this Titan Pro, and it didn't work near as good.
