Outstanding support
Outstanding support! When my chiller ran into a snag, Joe from tech support quickly helped me troubleshoot the issue. Then, Victor in customer service stepped in to make sure I got the exact part I needed right away. Thanks to their incredible teamwork and dedication, my chiller is back up and running in short order. Highly recommend Titan!

Definitely be upfront more with the…
Definitely be upfront more with the shipping timeframe. The delivery date changed a few times but as a whole the company is really easy to work with. I had an issue during the initial set up and josh was truly a hero because I was ready to pack it up and send it back. Josh got on the phone with me via. FaceTime call and walked me through the final steps to finish setting up my unit. Thank you for the support. When I upgrade I’ll be sure to reach out to Josh for help in choosing the right one for me

I first want to mention how great the customer service is, victor is absolutely amazing and super helpful with everything. One of the items I got were out of stock and they upgraded me to the better one for free! The cold plunge is amazing. I use it all the time. I’ve tried out many over the years. So far this is the best one I’ve had. Great quality and really keeps the water cold. And The smart app makes it much easier, i can schedule it to turn on a few hours before I go in. Overall amazing!

I have had my titan for almost a year
I have had my titan for almost a year. Absolutely worth the investment. Being able to cold plunge daily without the $20 of ice and 30min of time to get it set up was a game changer. And the customer service has been really helpful anytime I had a question. Definitely would recommend.

LOVE IT!
Joe has been absolutely awesome! I’m from Arizona where Chillers do NOT usually last long. He walked me through my entire set up, maintenance, WiFi capabilities, and more! We have over 100 Degree weather and my chiller runs like a champ! I am extremely impressed! Great product, with even better service.

I had a problem with the pump…
I had a problem with the pump circulation. What I assumed was the problem wasn’t a problem at all. Joe in support was great and walked me through about 5-6 steps, diagnosed the root cause, and got me up and running again! Overall a 10 minute call. Fast, effective service technician.
