I messed up my order and called customer service. Victor was amazing very willing to make sure I was satisfied with my order. 5 stars just for customer support, I’m sure the product will be just as good.

Love their Bravo series
Love their Bravo series. My wife uses it everyday. Chiller works great to keep it cool during hot temps.

Well worth the investment
Ordered the Triumph originally didn't know if I'd like plunging or not then about 6 months later upgraded to the Apex. I plunge 7 days a week and it really helps me feel better and sleep so much better. Customer service is great and always helpful. Definitely would recommend Titan to anyone looking for a great product and much more affordable than other ones out there.

We purchased our company plunge with…
We purchased our company plunge with the 1hp UV chiller. It was easy to put together and I would say maybe 30 to 40 min. I filled the tub and the pump turned on and not 1 leak. This thing is bad ass. So easy to work on if you ever had to. That is an important thing to think about. But the chiller and tub look like they will give many years of trouble free use. I bought this for my step son and I own another company and paid 4 times what I paid for this set up, and I have to say, other than the tub being inflatable, this set up is as nice as mine. And Titan makes regular high end tubs as well. But this inflatable is so strong, I can sit on the edge and it is solid. Also tech support ran me through the setup over the phone. Very helpful and great product.

Customer service and communication
The customer service by Joe Vajello and communication was what sold me. Maybe a slightly more expensive product but ultimately communication and treatment are what are huge to me and they went above and beyond!

Love my duo sauna
Love my duo sauna. It’s been a staple in my daily recovery. The infrared sauna gets really hot and I love the red light therapy.
