Working with Alister was great like I said in my review I would definitely recommend these guys!!
Working with Alister was great! I had so many questions being a rookie building an outdoor sauna in Minnesota with all of the different seasons. He helped me from the ground up and always followed up with any questions I had sent him. Great people to work with!!!

Exceptional Service
The Sauna Heater group is the real deal. Real human connection throughout the entire process from the moment I hit order to delivery day. The sauna heater group does not at any point reroute you through AI or offshore call centers. I had a shipping issue due to the Hollywood hills narrow streets and the sauna heater group delt with the 3rd party shipping company, ensuring I got my sauna when I wanted it and without any additional fees. It's rare to receive great customer service these days, these guys get it though!! I wouldn't order a sauna through any other group but these folks.

DIY Sauna
DIY Sauna - I was intersted in building a DIY sauna and came across The Sauna Heater Youtube channel. I have watched dozen of videos, made my plans, executed the build, and finally needed a sauna heater. Of course, The Sauna Heater website was intuitive and I purchased my heater.
