I wish I could give Anton and his team…
I wish I could give Anton and his team at the sauna heater 6 stars! They deserve that kind of rating. My questions were answered promptly and thoroughly every time I reached out to them. We couldn’t be more happy with our new sauna and with the overall experience thus far. If you are considering a sauna build, definitely go with the team at the sauna heater. You will not be disappointed! 👍😎🤘 The Russell family

To long of a waiting time
To long of a waiting time. Updated delivery date not met.
Response from The Sauna HeaterJun 1, 2026
Hi Jamal, thank you for your feedback. You're right, we missed the timeline we communicated. The drip trays were held up in customs longer than anticipated, which pushed the ship date back. Your order has shipped and will arrive in a few days. We've also reached out to you directly to provide the tracking details. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the experience. Best Regards, Roger @ The Sauna Heater
