I want to determine how the product is purchased. Your system automatically used the card on file. I needed to purchase this order on a business card, not my personal card.

For clarity, our checkout doesn't select a payment method for you; the card that appeared was the one saved in your browser or express checkout (like Shop Pay), which auto-fills the card on file.
We understand how that catches people off guard, and we're always happy to help redo a charge onto the right card.

Pais for consultation but cancelled
I paid $99 for a consultation via zoom for a self build Sauna . I was really looking forward to having some questions answered but the consultation was cancelled and my money refunded. I was told they don't offer this in the UK even though it was at a time to suit and via zoom would not cost anything. Was this cancelled because they wouldn't be selling anything to me even though I was willing to pay for their time. I feel very let down especially after watching and subscribing to the YouTube channel.Perhaps you will change your policy. I do hope so.

Hi John, I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused. We’re actively working to prevent bookings from outside the US, and unfortunately, this one slipped through before our system was updated.
Currently, especially during our busiest season, our sauna experts must remain fully focused on supporting our existing US customers and the individuals who are building with the products we sell. Furthermore, we lack the proper knowledge of UK building regulations, electrical requirements, and installation standards — and we never want to provide advice that could be incomplete or unsafe. Since we operate exclusively in the US, we felt it was more responsible to refund you than to take your money for guidance we can’t stand behind.

I've been troubleshooting this heater…
I've been troubleshooting this heater since I received it. The top temperature cutout does not work, and we've been experiencing 190 temps from the beginning. We've replaced the temp sensor, control panel and now we're having to replace the heating elements (all three) after less than a year of service. Moreover, the air tunel is colapsing. Seems to be poor engineering! It hasen't worked correctly from the beginning.
We're thinking we shouldn't be seeing these problems.

Hey Jon,
We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your sauna getting too hot (the top temperature cutout not working, as you mentioned).
I see that our team has been working closely with you in this case.
We think the bottom line reason your sauna temperature keeps rising, especially during the summer, even after the heater reaches your set temperature:
Your sauna heater has a large rock capacity -> heating elements heat the rocks, which then, in turn, radiate the heat to the sauna. This means that even though the heater turns off when your desired temperature is reached, the rocks can continue to release heat into the sauna. Moreover, especially during warmer summer days, the sun shining through your large front windows doesn't cool the sauna down.
We would recommend just setting the top temperature a lot lower than your desired temperature. We do think that this way you should be able to find the sweetspot, that produces just the amount of heat you desire from your sauna sessions.
