shipping terrible. used a vendor who doesnt ship to my area. missed 2 construction windows already. Following up - changed to 4 start from 2. customer service refunded shipping fee which was very fair and were very cooperative in email.

Your order shipped via LTL freight, which operates differently than parcel carriers and can involve limited delivery days in certain regions. They are quick to answer questions. Very helpful with information. The only "issue" was being able to track the packages as they were posted as one even thought there were five packages. This might be a FedEx issue and not Sauna Heater.

The heater works excellent now. I hope in 3years I can say “ the heater is still working great ! The construction of my unit looks well made, I wish the warranty reflected the confidence your company has in the units. The location of ventilation is a key element of proper operation of the sauna. My only suggestion to anyone is be 1000% clear where sensor and WiFi are to be located, we had to move the WiFi and Sensor 3 times. I take responsibility for locating these items but when the Electrician tried to call the tech support ( initial sensor location) they received no response and never did , even the following day. The instructions manual says” if you can’t install in a certain area then there’s an alternate location. This is why we moved the WiFi and heat sensor 3 times. Don’t use an alternate location because it won’t work efficiently. We fire up the sauna 30 minutes in advance at 180-200 degrees and when enter it’s very close to the setting. Overall my opinion of the unit is very good, communication of tech support is fair. I have to say the CEO of my heater reached out to me personally. I really appreciate his willingness to help.

I would give them five stars, however I had a technical problem with my sauna heater and had difficulty getting a call back from technical support. Strange, because everyone else was very professional. Ultimately, after a number of days, I got through and the problem was solved within an hour. The technician, Craig, was super friendly and professional. He said they just changed phone service and hadn’t received my messages. An hour later, I received a call from customer care, and they provided me a credit for my difficulties. All’s well that ends well and I love the product.

O.K. So, you had something listed on your site which is expensive and it was not in stock. You really need to update your stock and let people know before ordering if it is on back order. That being said, I give you 4 stars because you had a professional working the issue who reached out to me and kept good communication. Good communication is key to customer satisfaction.
