Use the chat box it's a live person there to answer questions not sell you something
My online helper made shopping easy by answering questions and even sending a link to assist with ordering. I'm not sure what I'd change. I've been to your website several times looking and thinking and each time i learned something.

Long wait for a good product
Very satisfied with the final product once it arrived, but getting proper information from the online agents took MUCH longer than it needed to. The guys were very pleasant and seemed to want to help, but it took days and days to get answers to my questions. I was all set to buy from another company when at the last minute they swooped in with a long-awaited quote. Speed up your response time guys!

TForce outsourced the final mile to a local company, making this a bit more tricky. I'm happy we sorted this out and communicated with you. We had been searching for a Finnish…
We had been searching for a Finnish stove for a while that was affordable to buy given high delivery costs. The Sauna Heater helped us figure out which stove, there was no delivery charge, and it came quickly. Thank you! We are loving our stove. So happy we went with the Linear 22.
