I'm part of their sauna society and learned a lot about sauna building thanks to the online course Vetti has put together.

This was a very positive experience. I had reviewed a bunch of sites and even contacted a couple in comparison. The Sauna Heater folks were helpful at listening to my project, made helpful recommendations, gave me quotes to compare and followed up. Then delivery was really pretty quick and very easy to coordinate.

Refused to sell to me after I asked to exchange my heaters for a different heater. I had been working with them for several months then made a purchase. My contractor informed me that we needed a different heater (which probably should have been suggested by then in the first place since they are the experts). This was for a commercial space and they sold us a residential unit. I did not know any better, I am not an expert. When I made them aware of the situation, they made things very complicated and refused to sell me the unit that I needed. It was a great experience up until there was an issue. We are a reputable business and have worked with several vendors over the past 20 years and I have never had an experience like this. We have spent over $200k on equipment with out expansion and this was a drop in the bucket. Did not have any issues with any other vendors. It’s too bad.

I have an entire sorry to tell but I will spare the details. This was absolutely astonishing to me that they refused to allow me to purchase units from them after I had a snag with my original order. In my experience, they have great service in the beginning and also offer some great resources for your build. My issue is a long story short, I placed and order, had a very small issue, they had unfavorable resolutions and we came to an agreement for me to take a loss in order ship the correct unit. They issued a partial refund then refused to do business with me stating they do not trust me. I have so much to say and am blown away that at this. I think that you will be fine as long as there are no issues, best of luck,
