Sauna Heater customer service was top notch. Sauna was delivered as described and the Team was in touch every step of the way. They were also available for questions at all times. They always answered the phone. Glad I used them for my sauna purchase.

Horrible service, I will never purchase from here again. There is no accountability for misdelivered items, or damages.

Customer service during the order process was great! A person responded to questions and did so quickly. When the order shipped, they let me know and included useful tips for inspecting/receiving.

O.K. So, you had something listed on your site which is expensive and it was not in stock. You really need to update your stock and let people know before ordering if it is on back order. That being said, I give you 4 stars because you had a professional working the issue who reached out to me and kept good communication. Good communication is key to customer satisfaction.
