I tried to place an order for one stick at a price of £68. I found that after checking out I had ordered two at 127 USD, tried to sort this out straight away but they said it was too late as the goods had left. It has taken weeks for them to arrive with import duty at approx £34.00. Both sticks do not work on my mac or apple computer, have tried to contact them via chat but have not replied.

I have just received the 128GB version and it will not collect the photos from my computer. It shows that it is going through all the files but the green circle does not move and the stick remains empty !! Do we have any redress with the firm?

I ordered a Photo Stick which was advertised as $34.70 Australian less 50% discount. But when the amount was charged to my account it was $90.27. I tried to contact them to no avail. Deal with very carefully. I haven't received the item yet so don't know if it works or not

Got the PhotoStick it did not do what it was meant to do and it froze. I went back to the chat centre and told them this was fraudulent behaviour. The 30 day guarantee had run out before it even got to me. I told them I was going to report them so they refunded my money but not the Full amount. I was so disappointed I thought I was getting a good deal👎

UK buyers beware of the £22 import tax. If it worked it may be worth it but mine has told me it needs formatting and I can view files but not save them. Wasting a lot of time sorting it out.

not even used it yet and already mighty peeved - firstly I kind of got conned into buying 2 as I hadn't realised the offer of 50% off was on a second one not the original one - oh well, my mistake, what wasn't my mistake was then have to pay a whopping £34 import/customs duty - that's not far off what I paid for the damn thing in the first place! All I can say it they better flippin work!

Bought two sticks. Neither worked on my computer. Kept stalling and freezing up. Tech support was no help. Sent sticks back for promised refund. Company falsely stated that refund had already been issued. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal. Got them involved and company then issued refund, 18 days after they falsely claimed it had already been issued. Lots of incompetence (trying to be fair here and not call them crooked) with this company. It is a good idea if it would work, but a nightmare company to deal with if it doesn't work as advertised.
