What more can I say it is a load of sxxt , just keeps duplicating pictures and certainly not in order crap crap crap

I bought the 1gb photostick plus which works ok but I bought it with 30% discount but was forced to pay VAT on the whole amount. Unable to get any response from my emails to them.

I bought this 'special deal' photostick...still awaiting it but Royal Mail want me to pay £22 customs charge to receive it - so all UK buyers beware - you can buy better without paying the huge price !!!!!!!

The software has to be the worst ever. This item is a total rip off. Why are they still in business. It does hardly anything it claims to. It hangs and after spending three evenings putting 13,000 photos in separate folders the software threw them all out again. Won't transfer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Emailed them but they didn't respond. Well jacked off. Total crap.

1Tb Photostick arrived today with £37.92 customs to pay. I got the $60 dollar discount but on the customs declaration on the package it showed the value as $189.95 dollars so I've had to pay VAT on the full amount, not the discounted amount. I've emailed them today so I await their reply. Other than that it appears to do what it is supposed to do.

After waiting over a month for the stick to arrive, I looked at the reviews and their website I've realized I've probably been scammed. It can take up to 14 weeks to arrive outside of US. The 30 day money back guarantee starts when you order, so by the time you get it, it's no longer valid. I'll have to pay more tax/import duties when it does arrive, and by the looks of the reviews it won't work as promised. I feel pretty stupid for not checking first.

Ordered 2. Didn't work AT ALL. They sent replacement. Replacement didn't work at all. I don't know how this company stays in business. To get a refund, they require you request a number of some sort and fill out a return sheet and then MAIL it to them snail mail. So bad. I guess they stay in business by hanging onto our money as long as they possibly can. The product is junk.

Photostick failed to respond after being used once. Looking for a refund via Paypal. Also cost £20.57 import charges> no indication of this in the purchasing information.
