I used thephotostick64 as directed. It did search my 3 computers and found several thousand pics and videos but they are all scrambled. I can not find a way to return them to original folders. Ie when I click 2007 I get the message that the folder is empty, the pictures that were there are all tangled with other years and events and folders. Have not been able to get any customer support that is worth anything, virtual support and FAQ,s but nothing that has helped me with this issue. And one more thing, when I inserted the USB into my new HP laptop there were many files that could not be read, a huge number!! Really disappointed in this product. I am a senior with quite a bit of computer savvy but have not found it easy to use as advertised.

I am surprised that I cannot insert the USB into my computer 's ports, which are much smaller that that on the photo stick. Ive had mine for some time but due to health concerns I'm just trying to use it.

I ordered a photostick, was charged straight away, it never arrived. I have asked for a refund several times without success. Not happy!

took a while to get program to load on my mac, 5 days of constant file transfer and still sorting/piks and shows 30% of progress, not feeling confident, i only have 68gig of pictures. program hangs a lot and slows down my mac

This is a follow-up for my complaint about the quality of goods and inability to make contact. I am happy to say that after several attempts at Chat, I was given an opportunity to put my case for a refund. It was sanctioned and reimbursement was made yesterday. Thank you Trustpilot for allowing input about inferior goods and firms not living up to advertised expectations.

Beware of the customs charge. I paid $42.98 including posting and packaging but was then clobbered with another £13.55 customs charge before I could collect it from the post office. I contacted the company and they just said customs charges are non refundable and I should have read the small print. Do yourself a favour and don't touch these con men with a barge pole!

Scam or rip off. Does not work. Cannot contact support, no phone # When emailing support get an automated reply telling you to use online. Online gives the message "something went wrong..." DON'T waste your money

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, it doesn't do as it states, only had it three days...doesn't upload all my videos, duplicates photos when it shouldn't. Emptied it to restart all over again....but now doesn't respond as it should....give this product and company a wide berth. I wish I had done my homework and checked out these sites first. "A lesson learnt the hard way again" :-(
