As of now a one star and doesn’t deserve that. I placed my order with thephotostick on Nov 30, 2018 and have not received anything information on it being shipped I see no place on their web site to contact them personnally with my issue. Order#24661

I send my order 22.11. I Can see it was in LO's Angeles 6.12, since no contact. They don't answer, when I send mails. the money is raised in my account.

The product is ok, but I think if they mentioned that you have a £17 customs and post office surcharge on top of the £50 product cost they probably would not sell as many. They told me it mentions it in terms and conditions - you may be liable to customs charge..a bit sneaky.
