Please don’t buy this garbage! What a waste of hard earned money. I feel so stupid. Bought two. Extra charges on top of exchange and it doesn’t even work. Please don’t waste your money. This is a scam!!!

Hopeless. Downloaded only 3% of photos and will do no more and I was charged in US$ when the advert clearly states Australian $ so finished up paying 30% more than expected. Can't get a sensible answer whether that was Photostick or PayPal's fault.

Mine has crashed twice - now doesn't work at all 4700 wasted. emailed support 1 month ago - no response - don't waste your money

I agree with all the other comments. This product is rubbish - and foolishly I have two of them! Both stopped working and when you insert the stick there is nothing there. I also agree about the extra charges - this is not clearly stated.Definitely a scam - avoid at all costs!

Absolute rubbish and very expensive. I can't open it again after spending 3 days downloading my photos. They don't appear to be on the stick and I can't open it. Had to pay an additional sum of £22.50 for VAT and PO charges. I believe this to be a SCAM.

Total waste of money. Stopped halfway thru copy and corrupted the Datastick so cannot access anything. Others have mentioned the Import Duty charged - nowhere on website is it mentioned. Great idea in principle but useless product. Do not buy. Get a flash drive and do it yourself.

Indeed there is a hefty customs/admin fee. I refused to pay up and it was returned by the Post Office. Refund refused and after pressure and action by PayPal a full credit has now been promised. Make sure your payments are protected and buy similar and maybe better from Amazon.
