I ordered 64GB to sort an old computer. Cost to post (to UK) was not apparent until end of order process - and I think excessive for postal delivery of an envelope. Delivery was slow, and delayed as I had to pay another £8.72 customs duty, plus a further £8 handling fee (as the duty was not processed up front). Then the Sorting Software would not run on the Win7 PC. It did allow direct copy (like any 'normal' stick) - but when I tried a 2nd collection of images - it failed. It feels flimsy. The USB part moves in the plastic body. It is now unrecognisable as a removable drive. Piece of Garbage. Vast sum of money - down the drain.

Do not waste your money. I ordered two neither worked and they do not reply to emails

I was recently directed to a site called ecomerz.pro via a link on a site called gadget reviews. A photostick was displayed and it was one with USB and micro usb connectors that could be used on phones tablets and computers both Apple and Android and pc . I bought one but when I got it it did nothing because it contained no loaded software. The seller ecomerz.pro claim their advert and offer is not for a photistick and the link to the gadget review site is nothing to do with them. What is worrying is that they appear unsympathetic and unconcerned. In view of my experience I would advise people to steer clear of such third party sites

I ordered this product on 2 June 19. After not receiving delivery I attempted communication but had no response. I opened a dispute via PayPal and within 4 days Prairie IT had refunded my money. I doubt the photo stick was ever even sent. I'm fortunate to have a resolution.

Just got stung with £25 customs charge, which they don't make clear on the link for buying it! Really disappointed with this purchase as not what they claim to be either!

This is a scam - Can not access a human agent by either phone or chat for support for PhotoStick. FAQ doesn't cover my question. I clicked cancel, and the system did not cancel. In fact, I don't know what would happen if I removed the stick. Seems to be the only way to disengage. Wonder what effect it will have on my content.

Indeed the people behind Photostick ought to be stopped immediately....they have already costed a lot of buyers sufficiently. I have read quite a few reviews, and totally agree with all of them, having also myself lost my money, invested in that stick...an important custom fee included. Strange enough that companies like Amazon apparently continue selling this product...

I should have read the reviews before I bought this item. My photos are scrambled, identical photo are side by side, can't get any of the options to work to actually use device, pictures are too small to see and make choicers about . Gotta find out how to get my money back. Thanks for all fo the helpful posts I am not happy with my photostick and apparently neither are many customers. Se reviews on Facebook. I cannot find a way to communicate, via email or phone. Really unprofessional and kinda chicken-POOP to be so inaccessable to the customer. I will not ship my item back without a confirmation that it will be confirmed received, and that I will get a refund. I am not sure when my purchase date was, but I do know that the 30 day window is approaching. You are making it impossible for the cusomer. Very poor customer service and relations with us. Please get back to me via text 831-818-056. Not happy. The Verify thing is totally worthless. I went thru clicking pages 6 times and sttill it would not let me continue DOES ANYONEHAVE A CONTACT NUMBER FOR THESE PEOPLE?
