Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. When the item didn't arrive as scheduled, the representive, Rachel P., immediately looked into the problem and kept me updated. It was a shipping problem with USPS and had nothing to do with PhotoStick. Eventually the item arrived by USPS.

PhotoStick 128GB support and replacement
I purchased a 128GB PhotoStick that refused to work with my iPhone 14 ProMax. PhotoStick customer support worked with me over 2 days diligently trying to find a fix. We concluded there must me something wrong with my stick so they are graciously UPSing me a new one. All in all they are very motivated to achieve customer satisfaction.

This may be a premature review
This may be a premature review, because I broke my photostick off the usb part in the computer accidentally. I contacted CS today and they were quick to reply, take action and send me a replacement. VERY PLEASED! Hope it works well when it arrives! Thank you PhotoStick!

With so many internet companies making it impossible to converse or brushing off users to move on to the next, my faith is restored that there are companies that truly care about their customers. There are Good people in the world!
I ordered a photostick for a Christmas present. When it came in, the box was empty. I was devastated, because there wasn't anyway to prove an empty box came. I emailed ThePhotoStick Support, they responded quickly, and within 2 hours, I received an email saying that they had forwarded my ticket over to the shipping department, where they would process and ship a replacement order. Hallelujah, there are still good people in the world. Thank you PhotoStick.

Customer support is outstanding.
Customer support is outstanding. I ordered three units and a cover for Christmas gifts. Shipping was timely, however my order was incomplete as only one unit and cover arrived. I contacted support and immediately received a request to send pic of what I received. Against the envelope background with label information readable I uploaded pic. Within 24 hours, Rachel emailed me that my order is being completed for shipment. Customer service skills are excellent!

Issue not loading my photos.
I had an issue not loading my photos on the PhotoStick Omni. My IOS update couldn’t read it. I contacted customer service and tried the work around sent to me. It didn’t work either. The company sent me new PhotoSticks and they worked perfectly. Great customer service For me, great product. Thanks to them Manny
