DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE! How I wish I had read the reviews before falling for their adverts! Like many others I have not received my stick because I refuse to pay an extra £17.00 customs charge on principle. They claim the charge is mentioned on their website, but I responded to their ad on Facebook and there was no mention there of a website. I paid them extra money for postage, and never even considered the possibility of a customs charge. Having now (too late!) read reviews I have decided not to pay the extra money because it sounds as if the chances of the gadget working are very slim. Their customer service is useless and just keeps mentioning their terms and conditions. I am hugely annoyed with myself for being conned and falling for their advertising - I am normally very careful, but have paid the price for trusting a bunch of devious cheats........

I cannot as yet comment on the performance of the device as it is still sitting in the local Royal Mail post office pending my decision on whether to pick it up. I was surprised to find that I have to pay an extra £25 for unpaid customs dues and the handling fee as this was NOT evident during the ordering process from the company. I have twice emailed the company about this issue, only to be ignored. In short, the Photostick may do what it says (not tested so far), but the customer service is non-existent and there is no obvious warning during purchase that additional charges will apply. My advice to those thinking of buying one is to avoid doing so via the company's advertisements and get one from Amazon, as at least you won't find yourself paying a hefty extra charge.

I have not yet tried whether the Photostick works or not but ny experiences with the Company have been horrendous. If you try to e-mail them, you are referred to the "Chtline" which quit frankly I found extremely unhelpful and avoiding the questions. I ordered a photostick from Facebook advert offering a 50% discount for a second stick. The link took me to the order page. I then discovered that the bill came through at a very exorbitant exchange rate from GBP to USD and with only a 40% discount plus shipping making it £8 dearer at proper exchange rates and 50%. Any approaches to them have bounced backwards and forwards between the support page and the Chatline.Their response is always "It is what it is". To add insult to injury I received a bill from HM Customs for a further £25 duty , Photostick say this is on their website but , if you reply via Facebook you are taken to the order page, not the website. Very poor support - be careful !

This product basically doesn't work. Mine is in the bin. Don't waste your time or money.

Beware of the extra charges! I ordered this and obviously paid postage but then I was charged a foreign currency charge. I then got a card from Royal Mail telling me I had to pay custom duty and RM added a further £8 handling fee! So my £39 stick has cost me £67.28! Can’t comment on item yet as haven’t received it but pretty cross at the extra charge, won’t buy again

Took three attempts for my computer to recognise the thing, downloaded photos. Re-inseted the stick and got the message that it had to be formatted. Stick now empty and no help from Olivia in the good old USA. Keep getting sent to a different site for help. Never again, waste of money.

Didn`t even want to give this company any stars whish I had never heard of them, now they are sending numerous e-mails daily which I have blocked but they still get through, they never answer any e-mails to them......STAY WELL AWAY

I haven't even tried it yet and am deeply disappointed. Wish I'd read the reviews first. For a start the £21.60 customs charge which is nowhere mentioned when you're ordering. And it comes with absolutely no instructions - so you have to find your way through their website to find the user guide.
