Just received my order of 2 PhtoStick mobile 2.0. What a piece of crap. Looks nothing like the image on their site and certainly not the quality of an original stick. I bought in the past and was pleased. I tried contacting customer service for a chat and was told they sent me an email to explain the difference in product I never got that email. I am now in the process of returning them. They give you 30 days from the SHIPPING date. So I now have 21 days during a pandemic to return them. Let’s see how long it takes to get my refund

I made the mistake of buying without checking the reviews, please do not make the same mistake! The app did NOT find even all my jpg files! Those it did find it wouldn't do anything with. Delivery was abysmal and their support not much better. Worst of all, I have been inundated with SPAM, all of which includes "You are receiving this email because [my email address] ordered from ThePhotoStick." Copying to it manually is SLOW and much slower than any other brand I have tried.

I am so disappointed with the photo stick. Followed the instructions and it seemed to work OK then it stopped and now my computer will not recognise it when it is placed in the usb drive. Cost a lot and is useless. Do not buy this product as you cannot return it!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. IF YOU WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER TRY CALLING THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HAVE A WAY TO BE REACHED. IF YOU CANNOT REACH A COMPANY TO ADJUST AN ORDER THEY ARE PROBABLY A SCAM. i THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING A UNIT FOR AROUND $30.00 WHEN I REVIEWED THE ORDER IT WAS FOR $97.00 AND NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. i CALLED MY CREDIT CARD AND PUT A HOLD ON THE ORDER BUT CANNOT CONTACT THE pHOTOsTICK COMPANY.

This product is rubbish. It downloads all your photos okay but it doesn't download the folders with it. It might be okay if you only have a few photos but I have nearly 25000 photos. If I'm looking for a photo I have to look through 25000 photos. I have been trying to get in touch with the company to send the photostick back all day without any luck. They answer the email telling you to click on a link and to go to live chat. Nobody answers on the live chat. I ordered mine from America. I didn't know you could get it in the uk

Purchased two of these....totally rubbish. Only recognises the sticks as mass media storage ... not ThePhotoStick as per the oh so easy to follow instructions. I feel totally disgusted that this company and Amazon are promoting this heap of useless technology.

Follow up. I'm trying to return this POS. You need a MAC 2011 or newer for it to work, NO where does it say anything about needing a newer MAC I had to upgrade software on the MAC still didnt work. Now trying to return it and they say if the stick isnt defective they wont take it back, they don't tell you that it will only work on a new computer, THIS is a SCAM Please don't waste you hard earned money on this POS. $127 for nothing. All the ads on Google show its good, FAKE BS reviews. POS!!!

Absolute rip off. The cost is plus import duty, vat and Post office charges and it is absolutely useless. Spent over £60 for nothing. Avoid like the plague.
