This item is RUBBISH. Can't even load it on to my computer and when I bought it plus another as a christmas present for my son, I only saw good reviews. I don't think I would even give it one star - so imagine like other reviews that it was a SCAM. I have e-mailed the company, but won't hold my breath!!

Right now it’s been downloading pictures for about 12 hours. There are 16,000 pictures and it’s not half done. Right now seems to be taking WAY TOO LONG. When it’s finished, we’ll see how easy it is to work with the Stick. Reserving final judgement but right now very disappointed.

Really terrible. The add on USB connector does not fit properly with my Samsung 10 phone and it certainly does not find the photos. Just does not work.. Emailed the Company but got no reply. DON'T BUY, IT IS MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.and you have to pay extra for customs.

Got one for Xmas from hubby which has only just arrived nearly a week too late. Downloading pictures from phone. Already noticed doubles. Have no idea how much longer it's going to take. Already waiting 2 hours and no idea how much longer it will take. Not impressed.

I bought 2 x 128 g took 10hours to down load some pictures wish I would have read the reviews first would not recommend you buy it , the stick is a system 2 usb when system 3 are out, after reading reviews I will not even contact them to see if I could have my money back I just feel I have been conned with there advert

BEWARE! I made the mistake of purchasing a Photostick, this product did not perform as advertised. I looked up the return policy and sent it back. It was received in their facility on Monday December 23rd yet I have received no confirmation email. When I did a chat on their website they could not answer any of my questions, the just referred me to the return policy. There customer service acumen is absolutely terrible. I will be filling a Better Business Bureau complaint and disputing the charge with my credit card company.
