Awful at every stage. The sticks come from America and (yes there has been a pandemic affecting transatlantic post) took 10 weeks to arrive, but the 'HelpDesk' did not know where it was until it arrived at my door. 1. The USB may indeed be easy to use, but takes many, many hours to transfer. 2. If you have more photos than can be stored on one stick - a situation I anticipated so bought 2 sticks - it claims to allow a seamless continuation to a second stick. However it is not letting me do that, merely restarting the whole process, so I have 20,000 photos left in limbo! 3. The process does not delete duplicates, it simply ignores them, so I cannot actually prune through my iMAC library which I had expected to be able to do. 4. it seems to remove any structure to the imported photos so you lose any sort of referencing you may have previously had. I do not intend to re-sort all 66,000 items! Suspect I shall simply re-format and use as a very expensive 64gb thumb drive. Be warned!

I am waiting for my order to arrive from early April; it says it is in Los Angeles. I saw their reviews but did not google until tonight. Alarm bells were starting to ring when the price switched from AUS to USA to UK and back to USA costing me more than I had calculated initially. Guess I will be ringing my credit card company tomorrow.

Unfortunately did not read any reviews, like so many other people, the advert just appear on my computer, thought it was just what I needed. Was tricked into ordering two by crafty placing of buttons on order process, after seven weeks still not received, when i did get communication they blamed customs and refused to track supply chain and told me to wait longer.COMPLETE SCAM AND UNABLE TO GET ANY RECOMPENCE

Stupidly ordered one of these Photosticks (the 64gb version) before seeing all these negative reviews. (why do we only see the negative reviews when it all goes wrong?) Anyway, after waiting for nearly 7 weeks for it to arrive, it finally arrived. Waited to the weekend to try it out. After initially working on my Windows PC, placed it into my laptop to see if it would retrieve any photos from it. It then appeared to have lost all the photos that were downloaded from the PC, although the 'piechart' apparently was still showing a large section taken up. After returning to the PC, it would not load. The same goes for the laptop, it will not load no matter what. Wish I had never bothered with this as even if I were to get a replacement, I don't know if I would ever trust it to keep all my photos 'safe'! I just hope I can get a refund, but I'm not holding my breath. Update. I wrote off to the makers of the Photo Stick with my complaint and asked for a full refund and not a replacement. A few hours later, I received an email stating that they had refunded me in full and apologised for my inconvenience. So despite the product being of little use, and receiving 1 star in this review, I would like to give them 5 stars for their customer service.

Ordered one of these without having checked reviews beforehand - Foolish mistake. After 6 weeks and a dismissive email saying usps stops tracking at the US border, I applied to PayPal and the photostick for a refund. Got it in under an hour which implies PayPal knows these guys are no good. Avoid.....

Don't waste your time on trying to get support from photostick mobile because they do not take phone calls and their tech support is not cspable of helping when chatting with them. Save your money and frustration.

A script that takes 10 minutes to write, and an awful quality USB stick worth $5 cost $50-$80. Yeah, 100% scam.

I bought one it worked perfectly for a year or so then all of a sudden the PC (a mac) could'nt see it. I tried everything to no avail so got on live chat, guy apologised and said he'd send me a replacement and I thought yeh we'll see. Three weeks later it arrived as promised plugged it in and it backed up my photos perfectly.
