This is a piece of crap. Service help is terrible. Backed up pictures and found that some of the pictures that were in the JPG format would not open on the computer after getting them to the stick. They would not open from the stick on the same computer, or in transfer them to another external drive would not open up from there either. Don't buy it is not worth it.

Ordered this, but never received it, although I am quite relieved now...luckily used Paypal so was able to get a refund. Must admit, I thought it was too good to be true?

THephotostick arrived safely, and seemed to do everythng correctly, showing the number of photos, duplicates etc. I took it ou. Next time whern I put it in, the laptop said it would have to be formagtted in F....i allowed this, as I couldnot use it otherwise; it deleted everything, presumably the operating data, sonow I have a memory stick..and nothing else on it...

I purchased mine without reading reviews. It arrived ok though I haven't tried using it yet. The shipping may have been free but what they don't warn you about is the £25 I had to pay for Customs Duty. They don't answer emails or the phone so I definitely will NEVER order anything from the USA again!!

Wish I'd read the reviews first. Ordered 5th April, money taken from my account 11th April, it's now May 1st and still no delivery. but from the reviews, if and when it arrives, it's not going to be the all singing and dancing product the promotional video implies.
